I changed my diet (I thought it was healthy). I was doing crunches 3 to 4 times a week.
Yes I did get some improvement but I could still pinch more than an inch. I like you really wanted to do something about it. I came across a site that pointed me in the right direction.. may work for you.

personally im not a fan of this, but all those wholegrain foods have low GI, which should keep your energy levels up for a decent time, ulike foods with low GI, which give you tremendous amounts of sugar and carb’s, and usuallly the energy from these turn yo fat, unless you take them before vigorous exercise, which in that case they will help you to gain fitness. Anyway, just try and eat healthy, fruit is good, but vegies are better. and do weights. try lying down, and use a long weight, like a bench press weight, and push it up. that is good. anyway good luck.
