nutrition is key, combine that with 20-30 min. of cardio 3-4 times a week and resistance training 3 times a week and be consistant. If you don’t quit and keep going you will reach your goals
Do what dubya said and eat 6 healthy small meals a day probably at 1000 calories a day. Split the calories in between meals and don’t forget to eat protein foods and drink lots of water.
