		<description>It doesn't matter where the muscle, or the fat is.  If you grow muscle mass, you will burn more calories.  The secret to loosing fat is to burn more calories that you eat.  The easiest muscles to "bulk up" are your legs, not your abs.  So if you really want to lose weight, do squats and eat less.</description>
