?Angel? asked: My problem area is my stomach, no matter how many crunchies i do, I can’t get it flat enough or get rid of my love handels. Also i can’t get defined arms. I have big hips and thick thighs, and i wouldn’t like to lose that, but I don’t have a big booty. Does anyone out there know how to solve my problem without surgery?

Don’t use diet supplements, they are a waste of money. Try avoiding simple carbs such as sugars, and fatty, deep fried foods. Look at nutrition labels and analyze them. Start off by trying to eat 500 less calories than what you usually eat. Never consume below 1500 a day. It’s not good for your metabolism. I hope this helps!
