well you should stop eating so much, all day, try brushing your teeth after every meal, and stick to healthy foods, just excercising is not good, you still need to eat the right portion, ir you eat every once and a while you will get fat then loose the fat then it starts all over again
theres a video called 6 minute abs. do it every day and you will see results very soon. A big part is also eating healthy foods.
Your cardio exercises sound great so you should keep doing them at least 3/4 times a week and then do some toning exercises. Try:
Scissor Kicks
Lie face up with your knees and hips at 90-degrees
Straighten one leg and lower this foot towards the floor keeping your stomach tight and your back flat to the floor
Just before this foot hits the floor, bring it back to the starting position
Repeat on the other side
Repeat x 15 each leg
Be extra vigilant about your back staying on the floor
Also, crunches and The plank which are great for fast abs results
Just do a lot of Sit-ups that’s what I’m doing and mine are coming in.
Do this everyday! I did and really started noticing the difference after about a week and a half!
