Okay how do you get flat abs and a tighter ****?
I am only 14 and i weigh about 105. I used to do gymnastics and i want a flat stomach again! I also want a tighter ****. Anyone know any tips or ways to work out? Thanks!

I got it in a magazine but it works really well. I’ve been trying it. They’re more for the ****.
1st- lay faceflat on the floor but forhead on hands. lift legs up with toes pointing to the ground. then open and close ur legs (Its like the scissor kick)
2nd- reverse lunge with kick.. do a lund and with the leg with the knee pointing to the ground kick in the air.
3rd- stand with ur feet a little more that shoulder width, toes pointed out holding a medicine ball over ur head. squat as if u were about to sit keeping abs tight, slowly walk 15steps holding the squat, walk back woard to return to starting postion
4th- get on all 4s an place arms directly beneath shoulder. hold medicine ball between the calf and thigh of right let. raise ur right leg out to ur right sid until thigh is parallet to floor, and return.
hope it helps. it did for me (medicine ball =6LB)
