try pilates its kinda like yoga but it focus on ur core (ur abs) you can take it at the ymca or just do crunches
Do cardio (ellitical trainer, bike machine , treadmill, swimming.) at least 3-4 times a week for 20-30 minutes. I usually do three types of crunches a night (do 20 of each) I really see results if I do it every day.
Did you know that if you laugh alot you build abs? I have NEVER done anything to make abs and mine are rock hard. Just laugh! HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA and do situps
