  1. I don’t know of a different way….I like to do 8 minute abs on youtube.com. It is quick and works really well.

  2. cut out arm holes on the side of a garbage bag and wear it while you are at home. sleeping, cooking even cleaning the house. or just go to a sports store and get a waist band.

  3. to have a flat tummy, u will need to bring down ur body fat level to one that is healthy. u do generally do so by eating healthy, making the right choices, eating ur veggies and fruits. go for the lean cuts in meats and low fat dairy products. as or fats, incorprate not more than 15% coming from nuts and vegetable oils. the other very important thing is to stay active alternating between cardio and strength trainig for six days of the week should do the trick.

  4. Work your abs, but also do lots of cardio and fat burning exercises (swimming, biking, running, etc). You won’t see your flat abs stomach if it’s surrounded by fat…

  5. You can take dance aerobics classes. It is a fun, interactive way to burn calories and fat in your abs, thighs, and flabby arms. I give this advice to everybody who has asked this question and they have gotten fantastic results! I have done them myself and lost miraculous amounts of weight in 1 month. You should definately try it!

Healthy Living

There is no doubt that being healthy is a goal for most adults. Having a small, firm waist is the key to wearing today's fashions, but not everyone has the ideal body shape.

In the quest for good health, the overweight population has thrown millions of dollars at the problem. The weight loss industry is huge - and understandably so. Almost 65% of Americans are overweight or obese. Not only does this carry a personal price tag, but it puts a strain on the US health care system to the tune of $93 billion dollars per year - and growing.

The message is getting through about weight loss, but sadly people are taking the wrong steps to shed those pounds. Judging by the amount of money thrown at 'diet pills' and the ab-shaper type machines sold in infomercials, people believe that there are quick fixes and short cuts to fat loss.
