  1. Try doing 80 sit-ups before or after every meal per day for a couple months.

  2. Look I was in the Marines and I stayed fit in there now I’m over weight (I’m fat just between me and you) But I know what it takes to get back there a lot of work. Get out of the gym start doing more running than anything else. Run until you can’t run anymore. Start out at 3miles and build yourself up to 5miles. Plus at least twice in a 7 day week you need to do ads, weights, and pull up.. Eat right. stay away from muscle supplements because they are high in Cal’s…… hope this helps….

Make sure you are doing your stretching before and after because it is a lot of running. But this is the best way to make yourself lean. The gym will work but if you live in the country just set out on a dirt road or around your home. Run beside the road do this with caution but also you need to run facing traffic. If you are in the city do the same put you Ipod in and set out 3 miles should take you starting out around 15 mins at a fast pace. 5 mile should take about 27 mins. But do this for one month then you will see your time getting lower and your belly smaller. All the best to you I have lost 25lbs in one month now. Just by running and nothing else.

Healthy Living

There is no doubt that being healthy is a goal for most adults. Having a small, firm waist is the key to wearing today's fashions, but not everyone has the ideal body shape.

In the quest for good health, the overweight population has thrown millions of dollars at the problem. The weight loss industry is huge - and understandably so. Almost 65% of Americans are overweight or obese. Not only does this carry a personal price tag, but it puts a strain on the US health care system to the tune of $93 billion dollars per year - and growing.

The message is getting through about weight loss, but sadly people are taking the wrong steps to shed those pounds. Judging by the amount of money thrown at 'diet pills' and the ab-shaper type machines sold in infomercials, people believe that there are quick fixes and short cuts to fat loss.
