How do you get flat ABS as soon as possible?
I need to fit into this drees for my all white party and I need to look beautiful and better than everyone else! How do I get that little pouch all the way at the bottom! Its hard to flatten it, I can only get the top my stomach! Oh and I also need to get the bacon of my back, and my **** needs to be more rounder! I already run 30 minutes a day! What else do I need to do! And I dont have access to a gym! I dont diet because I want my booty to stay big I **** flat @sses and thats not what I want, I want a flat stomach and a perfect round booty like a basketball!
