Jacinta Moonbeam asked: I’m 111lbs and trying to lose a couple more pounds (specifically around the abs) but I can’t jog or do cardio at the moment because of a lightly sprained ankle. I can manage walking long distances at quite a fast pace, though.

Healthy Living
There is no doubt that being healthy is a goal for most adults. Having
a small, firm waist is the key to wearing today's fashions, but not everyone
has the ideal body shape.
In the quest for good health, the overweight population has thrown millions
of dollars at the problem. The weight loss industry is huge - and understandably
so. Almost 65% of Americans are overweight or obese. Not only does this carry
a personal price tag, but it puts a strain on the US health care system to
the tune of $93 billion dollars per year - and growing.
The message is getting through about weight loss, but sadly people are taking
the wrong steps to shed those pounds. Judging by the amount of money thrown
at 'diet pills' and the ab-shaper type machines sold in infomercials, people
believe that there are quick fixes and short cuts to fat loss.

yes it’s possible. but it’s also possible to do it walking one mile. don’t strain yourself and you don’t need to lose weight your underweight
probably, as long as you continue to eat healthy and reduce your calorie intake.
you dont need to lose weight u need to gain it but not the bad weight u need to do situps and make it muscle it will make u look and feel better i promise
It helps, but the best way to make muscle in your abs are ab exercises. Sit up everyday, usually on an incline is the best way to get rock hard abs. Losing weight won’t help making the muscle. The fat in the abs area will turn into muscle, and will not effect your wieight of 111. You will probably stay the same weight. Everyone is different, though.
