  1. sit ups, and crunches.


  2. no workouts needed. you have to diet


  3. lots of cardio and lots of water and cut out all the junk food. increase your veggies and your fruit intake and eat lean meat.


  4. Dieting and cutting simple carbs will lessen the fat on your tummy, but to tone and cut you need to do various ab excersizes. You want to work all of your core muscles. There are awesome excersizes on Runnersworld.com. Runners are a great reference because you need a strong core to make the best of your distance runs. Check under strength training. Good luck!

  5. ok, lie flat on your back with your arms over your head. start counting slowly to 10. while doing that slowly bring your legs and arms up so only the back of your **** is touching the ground and your in a V with your body. take up the full 10 counts, then slowly go back down to the ground in 10 seconds again BUT DONT RELAX! KEEP YOUR STOMACH TIGHT!!! do that twice then go up again then instead of goin back down sit on the back of your right **** cheek and lower yourself at an angle in 10 counts also, then in 10 seconds come back up, this works your obleeks (or however you splell that) then go back to the center and lower down. then do that to the left. do that as many times as you want but trust me, i have a six pack and i can barely do that entire thing 3 times, just remember to never relax on the ground and to go SLOWLY! if you do it fast it doesnt work. PS. i got this excersize form one of my ballet teacers, Carly, and we do it in class and everyone says it works. if you need me to explain better just tell me and i can try to reword it.


  6. well its not just a good diet and 300 situps a day its also Cardio. Everyone has six pack abs but only a few have the fat percentage to show it. You can have a better six pack than a bodybuilder but if your body percentage is not in the single digits it won’t show at all. So I hope this helps remember 300-450 situps a day in sets of 25 or 30, no wasted calories on junk food and cardio to get off and keep of that fat.

    firstly when u do each sit up, take ur time and do it fully and properly and one more thing evryones got abs but have a layer of fat over them and the best thing to do is stop eating fast food
