How to get perfectly flat abs ?
I work out a lot and do about 200 sit ups a day, my abs are toned but they aren’t perfectly flat, anyone have any workout ideas ?

start by jogging for cardio…..about 20mins but road running is best. then switch to ab crunches with 20lb weights holding it to your chest…or buy an ab crunch machine works wonders…oh and eating correctly will improve your chances of getting that stand alone abs… no beer
lot of abs exercise and diet
Flat abs comes from aerobic activity. You can do thousands of sit-ups and crunches, but if you have excess fat around your middle, those rock hard ab muscles won’t show. Continue to do your crunches, but add the cardio workouts. Good luck!
